Tariff Benchmarking and Financial Feasibility Assessment for Vulcan Green Steel Jetty on the Port of Duqm, Sultanate of Oman

Vulcan Green Steel LLC (VGS) intends to develop a captive jetty at the Port of Duqm. The projected was aimed at establishing a benchmarking for the tariff of the target services at the Port of Duqm by comparing it with similar services and infrastructure at adjacent ports, and conducting a detailed Financial Assessment for developing, operating, and maintaining the Project Facilities and Services for a license period of 30 years.
