Financial assessment for feasibility study and Detailed Project Report (DPR) for Integrated Re-Development of Puri Railway Station
The scope of the study included tariff assessment and revenue forecast for the next 30 financial years for the Redevelopment of Puri Railway Station. ASCELA outlined Financial Net Present Value (F-NPV) and Financial Internal Rate of Return (F-IRR) for the proposed project. We also identified various sources of funds for the Railway Station Redevelopment and conducted sensitivity analysis across various parameters of financial assessment.
