Business Advisory on Ro-Ro/Ro-Pax Ferry Market in India

ASCELA carried out the as-is assessment of existing Ro-Ro/Ro-Pax routes to understand their infrastructure and its utilization. We identified potential routes that may be developed in future based on stakeholders’ consultation with various industry players. The assessment also analyzed the Total Logistics Cost (TLC) to understand the viability of using the Ro-Ro/Ro-Pax route over the existing route for cargo movement.
