In co-operation with UNCTAD, the World Association of PPP Units & Professionals (WAPPP) organised a roundtable to discuss the development of PPPs for dry ports. ASCELA Advisors’ Nivesh Chaudhary discussed about the key commercial and financial risks and upon the role of different players, including government, private sector, development banks and international organizations in dry port development and PPPs in India.
